Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Accounting Assistant to join our team. The Receptionist/Accounting Assistant will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and possess excellent analytical skills.
Duties:
- Answer multi line phone system
- Provide customer support service over phone and in person
- Scanning and filing
- Support the accounting team in daily operations and special projects
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or related role
- Customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
We offer competitive compensation and benefits. This is a full-time position Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hourly wage depends on experience. Additional benefits such as Aflac and health insurance reimbursement are available.
