Duties:
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Lead and manage the operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing processes.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
