Position Summary:
The Digital Implementation Consultant is one of the company’s experts on digital product offerings and serves both internal and external customers. The Digital Implementation Consultant reports to the Manager, Digital Implementation. This position is an individual contributor and has no immediate personnel management responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
- 1-2 years’ end-user training experience with digital/online products and content
- Articulate, strong speaking voice, and verbal presentation skills for video trainings/calls is a must.
- Experience hosting webinars, training sessions, and new product demonstrations over the phone, using established conference call/webinar technologies such as Zoom, WebEx, GoToMeeting, Join.Me, etc.
- Experience creating presentations and introductory content regarding key products for both internal and external customers to serve as training materials or sales and marketing materials.
- Documented success using video tools such as Vimeo, Camtasia, Hapyak, etc. a plus.
- Strong written communication skills, ability to professionally represent our company with concise and professional emails.
- Writing and editing experience is a plus.
- Experience in healthcare-related fields with an eye toward customization of digital content for external customers a plus.
- Experience in the higher education publishing industry a plus.
- Sales experience a plus
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a first point of contact for faculty adopters in all matters regarding F.A. Davis’s priority digital products.
- Provide training for and overall coordination of faculty adopters of F.A. Davis’s digital products.
- Serve as one of the key liaisons between the central F.A. Davis office in Philadelphia and the field sales reps in matters of F.A. Davis’s digital products.
- Build strong relationships with adopters to ensure product usage and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in individualized outreach programs based on customer and usage data.
- Collaborate with Digital Implementation Team to produce end-user training and support materials (knowledge base articles, manuals, videos, etc.
Digital Implementation Consultant:
- Ability to provide training for faculty adopters of F.A. Davis’s digital products with limited assistance from DIT manager.
- Basic understanding of digital products and higher education nursing/health professions publishing business
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Physical demands and work environment:
- Work conducted in a home office setting.
- High-speed internet access (at least 25 mbps download and 5 mbps upload) that must be reliable, available, accessible, and secure to successfully work from home.
- Regular communication through verbal, written, visual, and auditory means.
- Attendance of virtual meetings, including “camera on” meeting requirements
- Frequent sitting, computer work
- Repetitive movement of hands and fingers – typing and/or writing
- Limited travel may be required for company/team events.
