The Freight Sales Agent is required to acquire and retain new clients for Vista Trans Freight Inc.
The company’s responsibility to the agent is to provide leads and directions to the markets and lanes that Vista Trans requires.
Vista Trans Freight is a 3PL company under the umbrella of Vista Trans Holding - an asset-based, full-cycle carrier located in Chicago, IL.

Key Responsibility
- Develop and manage customer base, pursue and secure business.
- Acquire new customers for Vista Trans Holding focusing on specific lanes, commodities, new markets, contract opportunities, and specialized equipment.
- Establish integrated solutions in order to meet customers’ needs, requirements, and satisfaction.
- To bring opportunities to the table in terms of customers’ spot quotes and bids.
- Present and negotiate the rate(s) with the customer, then close and secure business.
Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will present an active book of business, manage customer relationships, focus on growing the business, secure new customers, and work well with the Vista Trans Operational team.
Compensation
Base + commission or gross profit sharing which strongly incentivizes the Agent to provide the most viable business.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
