Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant to join our team. As an Assistant, you will provide support to the management team and assist with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has experience in travel planning, hospitality, hotel, sales, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Coordinate meetings and manage calendars for the management team
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls.
- Handle email correspondence, redirecting as necessary
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Perform general administrative duties as assigned
Experience:
- Previous experience in travel planning, hospitality, hotel, sales, or customer service is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
