Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Telemarketers/Appointment Setters to join our team in Las Vegas. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to venue operators of restaurants, bars, and nightclubs to schedule DEMO appointments with our SmartTab Team members. Your primary goal will be to generate interest and secure appointments, contributing directly to our sales pipeline and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to potential clients in the hospitality industry.
- Introduce SmartTab POS solutions and explain the benefits to venue operators.
- Schedule DEMO appointments for our SmartTab Team members.
- Maintain detailed records of call information and appointment schedules in our CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and appointment targets.
- Follow up on leads and conduct follow-up communications as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume calling and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
