Introduction:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient bookkeeper to join our team. This person will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, coordinating accounts payable, payroll and working directly with Management to assist in day to day operations. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage calendars and schedules for the team, including coordinating meetings and appointments
Assist in paying A/P and Payroll
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
File and maintain electronic and hard copy documents
Assist with event planning and coordination
Perform light office duties, such as ordering supplies and maintaining equipment
Assist with Inventories
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an administrative assistant or bookkeeper
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office and Excel
Excellent organization and time management skills
Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
