Deluxe Garages is hiring for a results-driven Territory Sales Design Consultant for the greater Houston Region. The Sales Design Consultant is responsible for traveling within assigned territory to meet with prospective customers at their home to demo, design and sell Deluxe Garages product suite of Concrete Coatings, Garage Storage and Cabinet solutions.

We have a highly effective sales process that focuses on customer satisfaction and maximizing sales efficiency.
- Territory Sales Design Consultants are expected to become experts in Concrete Coatings, Garage Storage and Cabinets
- Attend 15-20 warm lead appointments with prospective customers every week
- Conduct proactive consultative needs analysis with all prospective customers
- Develop and present sales presentations/proposals on Deluxe Garages product suite and services
- Territory Sales Design Consultants are expected to achieve a minimum closing rate of 30% for appointments conducted in the home
- Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
- Stay up to date on competitors' activities in assigned territory; inform of any changing competitive pricing programs, marketing directives, or sales tactics
This is a Monday - Friday Position, with the requirement of working every other Saturday
- Full-time position - Typical schedule is 8:00am to 5:00pm but can be flexible
- A company iPad will be provided
- Product and Samples will be supplied
- Company gas card is issued for business related gas expenditures
- Territory Sales Design Consultants must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Commission Structure:
- Base salary plus uncapped commission
- 7% on Revenue for Leads Provided
- Additional 1% for completing All Steps Complete
- 12% for leads generated by the sales rep.
- Potential $$ - 20 Appointments per week at a 30% close rate at our average job price of $3200 means the average commission will be around $1536 a week or 79k a year!
Responsibilities
- Follow up on provided leads to conduct in home sales consultation with prospective customers
- Conduct thorough assessments of customers' needs and recommend the appropriate Concrete Coating, Garage Storage and Cabinets solution
- Present product demonstrations and effectively communicate the benefits of Deluxe Garages custom solution
- Conduct on-site measurements and provide accurate quotes to achieve revenue targets and maximize commission earnings
- Update client information in the company contact database (Workiz)
- Provide outstanding customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals
- Prepare and deliver weekly territory sales reports
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to succeed in a commission-based environment
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficient computer skills and understanding of spreadsheet software
