**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and provide exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks in a fast passed office.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
- Manage email correspondence and direct messages to appropriate staff members
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars; knowledge of the area preferred
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
**Skills:**
- Proficient in computerized systems for data entry and document management
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries effectively
- Knowledge of phone systems and ability to transfer calls efficiently
- Excellent proofreading skills for written communications
- Ability to coordinate projects and multitask effectively
- Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft software is REQUIRED
- Strong clerical and administrative capabilities for office support
