We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and resolving any issues or inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Major Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
Provide product information and assistance to customers
Process orders, returns, and exchanges
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Previous customer service experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
