Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, utilizing active listening skills and empathy.
- Utilize sales skills to identify upselling opportunities and promote relevant products or services to customers.
- Utilize data entry skills to accurately record customer interactions, sales data, and other relevant information.
- Utilize outbound calling skills to contact customers and prospects to follow up on sales leads and opportunities.
- Utilize Spanish and English language skills to communicate with customers who speak these languages.
- Analyze customer needs and provide personalized solutions to meet those needs.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional customer service and follow-up communication.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for customer service and sales.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English languages.
- Experience with data entry and analysis.
- Experience with outbound calling and phone etiquette.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.
