40 hour position with one weekend day and at least one evening required. Schedule to be determined.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
As part of a multi-disciplinary, core services team, provides on-site direct recovery oriented services and case management to people who are experiencing a mental health crisis or a worsening of a pre-existing mental health or co-occurring disorder inclusive of substance abuse and/or medical disorders. This position provides individual and group recovery focused interventions and case management linkage to a vast array of community service providers.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

AA in a social service discipline

Two years post degree experience providing case management services to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis or a worsening of a pre-existing mental health disorder, psychiatric rehabilitation experience preferred.

Must have lived experience with mental health or co-occurring disorders. CPRP preferred, discharged veterans given preference.

Bilingual Spanish a plus
