Job Performance Expectations:
Maintenance
- Preferred 2 years of maintenance and repair in the Food/ Beverage/ Hospitality Industry, or related field, but not required.
-Experience with building maintenance and repairs
- Service all locations in a timely and efficient fashion
- Prioritize work orders based on the severity of needs
- Maintain regular preventative maintenance schedule (water filter changes, descaling treatments, etc)
- Be on-call for emergency service needs
Administrative/Organizational
- Update work order log with new maintenance requests and update as work is performed
- Keep track of new equipment serial numbers and accounts
- Organize and track inventory of parts and equipment
Special Events/New Store Openings
- Prepare necessary supplies & equipment for new store openings and special events
- Delivery/set-up/tear-down of all required equipment & supplies (This will require early morning starts and some weekend events)
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in maintenance and repairs in the Food/ Beverage/ Hospitality Industry is preferred, but not required.
- High School Diploma
- Valid Driver's License

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
