Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Assist with in-office drug and alcohol testing as needed
- Learn and become proficient in employment drug and alcohol testing programs
- Develop client account strategies and processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and success
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Enhance clients' performance and image within their organizations
- Manage client group gross margins by understanding vendor costs
- Attend two industry conferences per year within the United States (2-4 days of travel per conference)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent management experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and strong computer literacy
- Willingness to travel to Oklahoma City for two weeks of training (accommodations provided for weekends home)
- Availability for occasional travel, totaling less than 8 days per year excluding training
