Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to join Hotels across NC. The ideal candidate will assist the Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and team performance.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, including sales, inventory control, and cash handling
- Support the Hotel operations and work closely with managers in achieving sales targets and profitability goals
- Train, develop, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service
- Assist in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees
- Maintain store appearance and ensure products are adequately stocked
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with the Manager on sales strategies and promotions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hospitality management
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Knowledge of wireless sales is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous for customer interactions
- Experience in training development and conducting interviews
- Ability to oversee inventory control processes
- Degree required and Ms Excel experience must

Pay: $49,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
