We are a fast-growing radon mitigation firm with a great reputation seeking help in our office to manage our growth. We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager & Scheduler to provide excellent customer service to our clients and work with our installers to make sure each day runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Improve customer service experience and facilitate organic growth through phone and email.
- Maintaining the office calendar. Scheduling estimates, air quality tests and jobs in an organized manner.
- Answer customers questions and follow problems through to resolution.
- Maintaining relationships with clients, real estate agents and distributors.
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
What we are looking for:
- Self-motivated, driven individual to assist in growing a small business in an expanding industry.
- Proficiency in English and ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, initiative, good attitude, detail oriented, able to follow directions.
- Working experience in a customer service role.
- Proficiency in scheduling and maintaining a dynamic calendar.
- Proficient in Microsoft and Google software applications.
- Working knowledge of HomeAdvisor, Angi Leads and QuickBooks is a bonus.
- Willingness to learn about industry’s latest technology trends and applications.
- Ability to think strategically and multi-tasking skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license, a good driving record and reliable transportation.
