Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with clients. This role requires a blend of sales, account management, and business development skills. The Account Manager is paid a commission on each job sold. Quarterly and annual bonuses can be earned.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct warm calling to prospective clients and follow up on leads
- Manage and nurture existing client accounts to drive retention and growth
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track customer interactions and sales activities
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic sales approaches
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to meet revenue targets
Skills:
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
- Knowledge of technology sales or technical sales is a plus
- Strong business acumen to drive revenue growth through strategic account management
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure profitable deals
