Texas Textile Services has an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Representative.
For our customer service team, it’s all about helping others. We’re looking for people with a passion for building relationships and a knack for problem-solving to join our team and care for our customers.
Job Purpose:provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Duties:
* Weekly customer service visits in Houston and surrounding areas
*Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions;
* Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
* Maintains customer records, product and policy knowledge
* Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
* Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
*Must be able to work in a fast-paced, structured, dynamic and high- transaction environment, with the ability to maintain composure in stressful situations and manage and diffuse angry or upset customers
Requirements:
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
*Ability to communicate effectively via email
