Job Overview:
Clowns.com is seeking a dedicated Weekend Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will interact with clients and collaborate with staff across various departments in a fast-paced environment. Your primary goal will be to ensure a seamless and enjoyable customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support through phone.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to clearly and confidently assist customers and staff with inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Manage a high volume of customer interactions efficiently without compromising attention to detail.
- Maintain a positive attitude, even in challenging situations, to ensure a pleasant customer experience.
- Navigate our support systems, CRM tools, and knowledge base effectively using excellent computer skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex problems promptly.
- Demonstrate creative problem-solving abilities to provide innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service or administrative support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computers and office software (e.g., Google Suite).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Experience with CRM software is a must.

Pay: $19 - $22 per hour + paid lunch
