This Role
This Customer Success Manager is responsible for leading a team in providing great customer service to our customers including answering inbound calls, order entry, and responding to email and chat requests. The company is in the insurance industry and the role, in general, is to oversee the department, its employees, and its process and procedures.
Responsibilities Include
- Currently managing 10-15 employees
- Implements change management, employee development planning, employee on-boarding, employee terminations, employee recognition, and career development.
- Helps maintain department efficiencies while also exposing potential inefficiencies to overhaul
- Uses data, analytics, and reports to track employee productivity
- Set, and maintain, expectations for the department employees
- Provide constant coaching and leadership to those in your department
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrates people leadership and management
- Desire to work and collaborate with others on the management team
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Willingness and ability to implement policies and procedures by Sr. Management team
- A proven ability to improve processes and procedures
- Ability to hold employees accountable and ensure employee productivity goals are met
- Ability to build positive relationships with all other employees
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
- 3-5 years management experience
- Project Management experience

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
