Project Manager Job Description
Ensure that homes are built to requirements and specifications established by construction drawings, building codes, and clients.
Use Buildertrend to monitor production schedules, critical paths for projects, trade contractors schedules, and cost control to ensure that homes are completed on time and meet expected quality and profit levels.
Develop and maintain strong, productive suppliers and trade contractor relationships. Communicate the company’s quality and performance standards to each trade contractor and supplier. Conduct periodic work inspections to ensure that those standards are met.
Monitor project quality and cost control.

Maintain a safe and professional job site, including
- Job sites are neat and orderly at all times
- Job sites do not present any safety issues
- All tubs to be covered immediately after installation
- All sinks to be protected and never to be used during construction
- Tile floors to be protected at all times
- Finished floors to be protected at all times
- Countertops to be covered at all time
- Countertops to never be used as a workstation
- Finished driveways to be blocked off at all times
- Stamped concrete to be protected during construction
- Windows to be covered during masonry work
Develop and maintain a strong relationship with the homeowners, including professional communication with Homeowners via phone, text, email, and Buildertrend.
Schedule and oversee current clients's homes' warranty work.
Have professional communication with suppliers and subcontractors.
Keep Production Manager informed of each job’s progress.
Design and implement checklists for inspections, quality control, and operating procedures.

Pay: $62,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
