POSITION SUMMARY:
This individual will be responsible for the contracts, recording, reporting, and change orders of each account. The position assists with material purchasing, purchase orders, and maintains all project and customer files. Works with director and controller for customer billings, job records, and reports for job costing, sales records, and all other information needed for the division.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Prepares all contract documentation proposed by the company.
- Maintain project files including the organization of drawings, reports, and project correspondences.
- Preparation of contract administration documents including: change orders, service orders, work requests, and service schedules.
- Maintain change order logs, while processing and following up with all parties.
- Ensure job dollar values are neither over nor under valued or reported.
- Collect data for use in operations and estimating.
- Prepare reports based on job cost data including percent completion and billing protocols.
- Review contract language and risk mitigation.
- Reviews irrigation service schedules and communicates with clients for scheduling appointments.
NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Participate and Contribute to Twin’s initiatives.
2. Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with external clients and associates on a consistent basis.
3. Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
HS Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree

- Proficiency in Microsoft office
- Knowledge of materials, sourcing, experience in landscaping profession a plus
