Inside Sales Representative Position Overview

Inside Sales Representative Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers in a call center environment.

Present and sell leasing options to prospective customers by clearly explaining the benefits and features.

Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques and efficient follow-ups.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching new customers.

Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Director of Sales & Marketing Qualifications

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proven sales experience, preferably in a call center environment.

Pay: Base + Commission. Last year's average was $120,000.
