Patient Coordinator Manager Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities: Goal is to make the Wellness Center Profitable
· Team Development
o Coach and Train Patient Coordinators
o Support our Healthcare Professionals-DC, MD and CCN
o Assist Other Support Staff
· Scheduling
o Create Schedule for all Patient Coordinators, Healthcare Professionals and Staff
o Maximize the schedule for HCP so they see patients 7 hours per day.
o Create an outbound HOT List for PCs to use to fill in holes in schedule.
· Communication
o Conduct Weekly Friday meetings with agendas.
o Focus on Communication, Patient Care, Product Training and Collaboration
o Slack-Create a WOW room and use this for internal communication.
o Assist with Marketing and Social Efforts for WOW
· Business Model
o Meet with Leadership and determine goals and metrics for WOW.
o Update our fee schedule and assure we are paid for all office visits.
o Utilize Quarterly Marketing Strategy from Nutritional Frontiers and developed for WOW
Duties & Responsibilities Staff:
· Create A Welcome Experience by Authentically Greeting All Guests
o Determine Reason for Visit
o Provide Additional Assistance / Interaction as Required Throughout Visit
· Check In Patients / Clients
o Pull Chart Ahead of Appointment
o Sign Patient in For Appointment & Alert Doctor
o Gather Email Addresses, Cell numbers for Marketing
· Check Out Patients / Clients
o Collect Payment for Appointment
o Schedule Next Appointment
o Confirm Contact Info & Preferred Appointment Notification (Email / Text / Call)
o Thank Patient / Client for Choosing World of Wellness
· Answer Phones – Handle All Customer Calls Including but Not Limited To:
o Appointments
o Orders
o Events
o Questions
· Store Front Clerk
o Answer Product Questions
o Process Store Purchases
o Cash out drawer at end of day
· Shipping / Receiving Support as Needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
