Objective:
To provide superior service to customers which exceeds their expectations and establishes Honaker Aviation as the FBO of choice through great service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Always greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answering phone calls in a professional manner. Knowing how to page, transfer and receive numerous calls at once.
- Receiving fuel requests via phone, and at front desk. Processing fuel tickets and calling orders to line service in a timely manner.
- Understand the invoicing process through the use of QuickBooks.
- Assisting customers with hotel reservations, ground transportation (rental car, taxi) if necessary.
- Use courtesy car to transport customers or crew members to airport, hotel, etc.
- Maintain lobby, restrooms, snack area in a neat and orderly fashion.
- Be proficient on all radios.
- Assist in tracking aircraft to advise line of aircraft arrivals and departures.
- Knowledgeable on running credit cards and entering/processing contract fuel.
- Use the correct opening and closing procedures for every shift.
- Communicate with co-workers, management, customers, and others in a courteous and professional manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
