Meadow Lakes is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team!
Every Other Weekend coverage, 7-3 & 3-11 shifts open.
Meadow Lakes is a Springpoint Senior Living community located in East Windsor, NJ. We are in search of a part-time LPNs to join our team. At Springpoint, our LPNs are responsible for providing the highest degree of quality nursing care, and to supervise daily nursing activities performed by CNAs. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Assume responsibility and accountability for the direct delivery of nursing services.
- Provide medications and treatment to residents.
- Make nursing rounds and assist with physician rounds.
- Respond to emergency calls throughout the community.
- Supervise direct care given to residents by CNAs/CHHAs.
- Complete all required documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ensure that the resident’s privacy, confidentiality, and dignity are always maintained.
- Assist with assessments of residents and coordination of the residents’ plans of care.
Education and Experience:
- Highschool Diploma or equivalent required
- Valid LPN License required
- CPR Certified
- 1 Year experience as an LPN preferred
