Signature Companies is a leading provider of kitchens, built-ins, stairs, and rails to new home builders throughout the Mid-Atlantic. We have an exciting opportunity for a Contract Administrator to support our Builder Business
Development team in a dynamic environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.
Responsibilities:
Maintain good working relationships with job site superintendents and project managers.
Review, process, field measure and obtain superintendent sign-off on each lot release package for your assigned jobsites.
Redline all layouts based on field measurement. Created countertop drawings.
Verify sales order bid against layout.
Process all change orders for a lot and obtain necessary approvals & Po’s from customers.
Keep accurate records of communication with the jobsite on each lot.
Provide jobsite with policy on returns, deliveries, order processing and warranties.
Review, process, field measure all new house types on all new subdivisions.
- Introduce Signature policies and procedures to new Superintendent
- Review with Superintendent: Selection Sheet, Lead Times, How the Builder orders new kitchens, find out process for extras and back charges.
- When new house type is measured: Check CMS and layouts for accuracy. Check SBT for accuracy (directions and zone). Prepare countertop drawing (per and reverse)
- Binder with layouts, exhibits B, countertop drawings, Box count sheet: Review with Field Representative the job is being turned over to.
Review, approve and order laminate countertops on new kitchens.
Provide back-up to the Operations Manager as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in New Construction
- Ability to read blueprints, structural drawings, and plan sets
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and processes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
