Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Butler/Personal Assistant/House keeper to join our household. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to our organization, ensuring the smooth operation of our office home and rental properties in Ohio and various other states. This role is responsible for managing our daily activities, coordinating events, maintaining accurate records, Taking care of animals, doing home Maintenance and repair, scheduling meetings, checking contractors work, doing payroll, cooking diner, running various errands. The Butler/PA will be the first point of contact for clients, and as such, exceptional customer service skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Taking care of animals, doing home Maintenance and repair work in rental property's , scheduling meetings, checking contractors work, doing payroll, cooking diner, running various errands.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, including filing documents, and data entry using QuickBooks.
- Assist with event planning, including coordinating logistics, managing RSVPs, and ensuring all necessary materials are prepared.
- Utilize DocuSign to manage and sign documents electronically.
- Maintain the office calendar, schedule meetings and appointments using Outlook, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Provide customer service, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Maintain office supplies, and assist with office management tasks as needed.
- Demonstrate proficiency in computer literacy and the ability to learn new software and systems.
Skills
- Experience in office administration and customer service.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and QuickBooks.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Experience with event planning and coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong computer literacy, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
- Experience with DocuSign or similar electronic signing tools.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
