As an Office Assistant at AtWork Personnel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. You will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining office efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and proofreading documents
- Provide exceptional customer support through phone and email communications
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate appointments and meetings, including scheduling and preparing meeting rooms
- Utilize Google Suite for various office tasks
- Maintain organized office systems and procedures
- Assist with basic clerical duties to support the office team
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer support role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems
- Experience in a dental office setting is a plus
