Job Title – Customer Success Manager
Job description
Maverick Desk is a manufacturer of commercial office furniture solutions. Our products are made-to-order, assembled, and shipped in a short lead time. Maverick’s location in Ohio sells through 15 independent manufacturer representatives who call on furniture dealers. This new role is focused on the support and growth of this model and the Maverick story in the Eastern US.
This position will travel regionally - est. 25%.
Responsibilities:
- Work in tandem with or support Independent Manufacturing Reps for respective territories to increase Maverick sales opportunities.
- Train and support Independent Manufacturing Reps on products and programs.
- Increase revenue through established dealerships.
- Foster and develop new dealer relationships to further Maverick’s market share.
- Increase Maverick Desk’s market presence in respective territories. Develop dealer strategies and implement value propositions. Provides training to dealer salespeople in person and via virtual meetings on Maverick products and availability.
- Gives presentations to rep groups, dealers, end users, or A&D community.
- Impact monthly sales targets and commission goals. Work with Maverick factory to forecast growth.
- Continuously improve Maverick customers’ experiences.
- Stay up to date on current market trends in color, product, or design.
- Communicates regularly with the factory customer service, design, engineering, and production teams regarding customer opportunities or orders.
Qualifications:
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Minimum of 3-5 years prior outside sales experience.
- Sales experience in the furniture industry a plus.
- Marketing background a plus.
- Ability to present information to large groups or one-on-one.
- Ability to understand floor plans and conceptual drawings.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail, strong time management skills
Compensation:
Base salary package plus metric-guided bonus.
