Job Title: Part-Time Sales/Office Assistant
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM (with some flexibility).
Weekends: Primarily off Saturday-Sunday. We do have bi-monthly training sessions that occur on Saturdays, and occasional vendor events that occur on Saturday/Sunday.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Sales Assistant to support our sales representatives and ensure smooth administrative operations in our showrooms. This part-time role involves coordinating sales appointments, managing and preparing sales documentation, maintaining and updating records, and performing various administrative tasks. The Sales/Office Assistant will interact with customers and is an important part of the overall experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Collaborate with sales representatives to process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and update sales documentation, including quotes, contracts, and invoices.
- Maintain organized records of sales and customer interactions using the CRM system.
Scheduling and Coordination:
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for sales representatives with customers.
- Ensure all necessary materials and information are prepared for sales appointments.
- Communicate appointment details to both customers and sales representatives.
Customer Interaction:
- Greet customers as they enter the showroom and ascertain their needs.
- Assist customers with general product inquiries and provide basic information.
- Direct customers to sales representatives for detailed consultations and selections.
Communication and Team Support:
- Handle incoming calls and emails, addressing basic customer queries and concerns.
- Relay customer information and requests to the appropriate sales representative.
- Work closely with the sales team to coordinate tasks and ensure customer needs are met.
Product Knowledge and Training:
- Stay informed about Onslow Stoneworks' product offerings and industry trends.
- Participate in product training sessions to enhance knowledge and administrative efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Suite (Word Docs, Excel, etc.); familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
