The Registered Nurse is a critical team member within the Alliance organization.
The Registered Nurse will work closely with the Director of Operations and Recruitment Department. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for as needed Care Management every other weekend. (Saturday and Sunday, 9am-5pm)

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Demonstrate a high level of clinical care competency specific to assessment skills, problem-solving, critical thinking, and solutions-based approach.
- Utilize strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize based on importance and urgency to address client needs.
- Devise initial plan of care assessment by identifying clients' physical, behavioral health, and social determinants strengths, barriers, and clinical needs on an as-needed basis on alternating weekends.
- Work independently, self-directed, and flexible to ensure a high level of customer service is provided in absence of team during assigned weekend hours.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor of Science required
- Active, unencumbered nursing license in the state of New York.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working as an RN
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong writing skills, capability to succinctly document all activities with complete nursing notes in a secure online charting system.
- Ability to converse effectively with high-profile, high-net worth clients by demonstrating concise and carefully articulated verbal and written communication.
- Maintain positive, respectful, and confident body language as well as through placing importance on personal attire, while holding individuals right to privacy to the highest standard and regard with every interaction.

The schedule includes every other weekend, along with specific weekday hours and optional on-call availability.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $64.00 - $65.00 per hour
