Job Description: Floor Shield Dealer Success Manager

Floor Shield is the fastest-growing segment of our business.
Purchased by One in a Row Partners in May of 2021, AmCoat Industrial grew overall revenues by 40% in 2022 and have set record sales in 2023, doubling company revenues in just two years. We have created a Dealer Experience Manager position to help fuel this growth.
This highly visible and consultative Dealer Experience Manager position will utilize your one-to-one relationship-building skills and business experience to create deep relationships with potential new dealerships. These relationships are the backbone of AmCoat’s success, and your success allows you to affect the bottom line directly.
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Dealer Experience Manager position will facilitate the strategy, approach, and relationship plans for prospective dealers to generate awareness and ultimately achieve sales & revenue goals.
Essential Duties:
· Execute Dealership Development Process and continue to refine and improve the role
· Effectively & passionately communicate the Value Proposition of and Floor Shield Dealership model
· Work with Dealer Recruitment to help Qualify potential dealership candidates and lead them through the onboarding process:
o Pre-Training Assignment Selling
o Product Line Training
o Installation Training
o Business Coaching on Dealership Best Practices
o Time to Revenue
· Gauge competitive positioning and strategic partnerships to aid in Dealer Experience Manager
· Create deep relationships with existing and prospective dealerships through a scheduled cadence of bi-weekly (at a minimum) business conversations covering:
o 90-Day Startup Plan
o Sales Training (Reinforcement) & Coaching
o Business Planning & Coaching on Best Practices
o Product & Installation Service Issues
o Quoting Commercial and/or large or complex jobs
· Schedule Routine Zoom Webinars for the Dealership Network on Best Practices, New Trends, and Educational Sessions
· Assist with Accounts Receivable Issues
· Act at the “owner” of any service-related issues and coordinate with Technical Support to resolve
o These are managed as Cases in NetSuite
· Organize the Annual Dealer Meeting
· Responsible for individual dealer growth goals
o Responsible for dealer retention and superior satisfaction
· Document Account Management in CRM per Playbook Guidelines
· Provide weekly reporting to management
· Follow processes in the Dealer Recruitment Playbook and continue to refine & update
· Regular travel will be required, estimated at 25%
· Interviewing with our Marketing & Content Managers will be required to help with the creation of recruitment content
Qualifications:
· Requires excellent coaching and negotiation expertise
· One-to-one relationship-building and influencing skills
· Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management proficiency
· Must be comfortable with the utilization of Assignment Selling & the use of one-to-one video in the sales process
· History of generating revenues and profits that meet or exceed monthly quotas
Educational and Technical Requirements:
· Minimum of 5 years of business or related work experience
· 3-5 years of consulting or B2B sales experience preferred
· Undergraduate or Graduate degree preferred
· Paint and/or Coatings Sales Experience preferred
How Success Will be Measured
· Weekly and monthly Outreach Goals are met/exceeded
· New Dealership Growth across existing and new Floor Shield Dealers
· Revenue Growth Goals are met/exceeded
Compensation Schedule:
· Base pay range $55,000 to $65,000 + commission & bonus potential
· Compensation first year on Plan $85,000 to $95,000
