**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer service, sales, and account management, with a focus on financial services. This is a critical role that requires strong communication and analytical skills to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
**Duties:**
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular customer meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and implement process improvements.
- Utilize our CRM to manage customer relationships and track customer interactions.
- Develop and execute customer success plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery of customer success initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our financial services products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a strong customer relationship through proactive communication and timely issue resolution.
**Qualifications:**
- At least 3 years experience working in education / internet marketing / consulting
- At least 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
- Proven track record in customer service, sales, and account management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze customer data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Experience with CRM or Project management softwares
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver projects on time.
- Market awareness with the ability to stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.
- A customer-centric approach with a focus on driving customer satisfaction and retention.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $74,896.00 - $83,254.00 per year
